ఓ సుమతీ! అధికారం అనే మదముతో కళ్ళు కనబడక, చెవులు వినబడక ప్రవర్తించేవాడు బ్రతికున్నా శవంతో సమానం. పెదవి కదపకుండా, మంచి మాటలు మాట్లాడకుండా గర్వంతో మౌనంగా ఉండే అటువంటి వ్యక్తిని చూడటం కూడా పాపమే.

O Sumati! A person intoxicated by power, who refuses to speak kindly, acts silent out of arrogance, and behaves as if deaf and blind to others, is like a living corpse. It is considered a sin or a misfortune to even look at such an arrogant individual filled with the disease of authority.
