ఓ సుమతీ! అవసరానికి అప్పు ఇచ్చేవాడు (ధనవంతుడు), రోగం వస్తే వైద్యం చేసే వైద్యుడు, ఎల్లప్పుడూ నీరు పారే నది, ధర్మం చెప్పే బ్రాహ్మణుడు (పండితుడు) - ఈ నలుగురు ఉన్న ఊరిలోనే నివసించాలి. ఈ సౌకర్యాలు లేని ఊరిలో ఉండకూడదు.
