కామంతో కళ్ళు మూసుకుపోయిన అజ్ఞానులు స్త్రీల స్తనములను చూసి పూలబంతులని వర్ణిస్తుంటారు. కానీ నిజానికి అవి కేవలం మాంసపు ముద్దలే తప్ప, వాటిలో పూల వంటి పవిత్రత గానీ, సువాసన గానీ ఉండవు. శరీర మోహంలో పడి సత్యాన్ని గ్రహించలేని వారిని వేమన ఈ పద్యంలో మందలిస్తున్నాడు.
