మానవుడు ఎంతటి మతనిష్ఠ గలవాడైనను, యోగి అయినను, స్త్రీ యొక్క అందమైన పెదవులను, రూపమును చూడగానే మనసు చలించిపోతుంది. చివరకు కామమునకు లొంగి (యోనిని చూసి), తాను కష్టపడి సాధించిన యోగ విద్యలను, వైరాగ్యమును, నియమాలను క్షణంలో మర్చిపోతాడు. కామము ఆధ్యాత్మిక సాధనను ఎలా నాశనం చేస్తుందో వేమన ఇందులో హెచ్చరించాడు.
