మాలవాని నంటి మఱినీళ్ళ మునిగేరు
మనుజకర్మచేత మాలఁడయ్యె
నేలతెలియలేరో యీ నరపశువులు
విశ్వదాభిరామ వినర వేమ!

Mālavāni naṇṭi maṟinīḷḷa munigēru Manujakarmacēta mālam̐ḍayye Nēlateliyalērō yī narapaśuvulu Viśvadābhirāma vinara Vēma!

జనులు మాలవానిని తాకినంత మాత్రాన మైలపడ్డామని భావించి నీళ్ళలో మునిగి స్నానం చేస్తారు. కానీ నిజానికి మనిషి తన చెడ్డ పనుల వల్లనే నీచుడు (మాలవాడు) అవుతాడు తప్ప కులం వల్ల కాదు. ఈ పరమ సత్యాన్ని పశువుల వంటి ఈ మనుషులు ఎందుకు గ్రహించలేకపోతున్నారో కదా!
