జగమునెల్లబట్ట చంపి తినుచు
ధనము కొఱకు వాడు తగవాడుచుండిన
యోగికాడు వాడె యోగువేమ !

తాను యోగినని గొప్పలు చెప్పుకుంటూ, నిజమైన యోగసిద్ధిని పొందకుండా, ప్రజలను పట్టి పీడిస్తూ వారిని దోచుకుతినేవాడు యోగి కాడు. కేవలం ధనం కోసం తగాదాలు ఆడేవాడు సన్యాసి వేషంలో ఉన్న బిచ్చగాడే (జోగు) తప్ప నిజమైన యోగి కాదని వేమన భావం.
