ఆలు సుతులు ధనము లరయంగ మీరని
మొనసి కర్మమునను మోసపోయి
కాలు గన్నయపుడు కడతేరజాలడు
విశ్వదాభిరామ వినురవేమ!

భార్య, బిడ్డలు, సంపదలు శాశ్వతమని లేదా తనవని భావించి మానవుడు సంసార కర్మలలో చిక్కుకొని మోసపోతున్నాడు. కానీ చివరికి మృత్యువు (యముడు) వచ్చినప్పుడు, ఈ బంధాలేవీ అతనిని కాపాడలేవు, అతడు మృత్యువును జయించలేడు.

Human beings are deluded into thinking that their wife, children, and wealth are permanently theirs, getting entangled in the cycle of worldly actions (karma). However, when Death inevitably arrives, none of these attachments can save them, nor can they escape the final judgment.
