వెళ్లి వచ్చు నాఁడు మళ్లి పోయెడు నాఁడు
వెంట రాదు; ధనము కొంచఁ బోఁడు;
తానదేడఁ బోనొ ధన మేడఁ బోవునో?
విశ్వదాభిరామ వినర వేమ!

మనిషి పుట్టినప్పుడు వెంట ఏమీ తేడు, చనిపోయేటప్పుడు ఏమీ తీసుకుపోలేడు. సంపద ఎప్పుడూ వెంట రాదు. చనిపోయాక జీవుడు ఎక్కడికి పోతాడో, సంపాదించిన ధనం ఎవరి పాలవుతుందో ఎవరికీ తెలియదు. కాబట్టి ధన వ్యామోహం వృధా.

When a person is born, they bring nothing; when they die, they take nothing. Wealth does not accompany the soul. It is a mystery where the soul goes after death and whose hands the accumulated wealth falls into. Thus, attachment to material wealth is futile.
