కాశీలో నివసించేవారైనప్పటికీ, వారణాసి పురవాసులైనను even if they are residents of Kashi, even if living in Varanasi

పొందలేరు, చూడలేరు will not attain, will not see

మోక్షము

ముక్తి, కైవల్యం salvation, liberation
