శివాలయంలో పెట్టిన దీపం ఆ గుడిని మాత్రమే వెలిగిస్తుంది, అందులో వింతేమీ లేదు. కానీ శివయోగి యొక్క జ్ఞానదీపం మాత్రం సమస్త లోకాలను తన తేజస్సుతో ప్రకాశింపజేస్తుంది. భౌతిక దీపం కన్నా జ్ఞాన దీపం గొప్పదని భావం.
