ఇంచుకంతబోన మీశ్వరార్పణ మన్న
పుణ్యలోకమునకుఁ బోవు నతఁడు
అన్నదానమునకు నధికదానము లేదు
విశ్వదాభిరామ వినర వేమ!

ఎవరైతే కొంచెం అన్నమైనా సరే, అది భగవంతునికి అర్పణ అని భావించి ఇతరులకు పెడతారో, వారు పుణ్యలోకాలకు వెళతారు. ఆకలితో ఉన్నవారికి అన్నం పెట్టడం (అన్నదానం) కంటే గొప్ప దానం ఈ ప్రపంచంలో మరొకటి లేదు.
