తన ధర్మపత్నిని (ఇంటి ఇల్లాలిని) వదిలిపెట్టి పరస్త్రీల వ్యామోహంలో పడేవాడు అవివేకి. అటువంటి వాడు చేతికి వచ్చిన పంట పొలాన్ని వదిలేసి, నేల రాలిన చిన్న గింజలను (పరిగె) ఏరుకునే వెర్రివానితో సమానము.

A man who abandons his devoted wife to pursue fleeting relationships with others is a fool. He is comparable to a farmer who abandons a field full of ready harvest only to scavenge for scattered, leftover grains on the ground.
