శరీరంలోని ఊర్ధ్వలోకమైన సహస్రార చక్రంలో, యోగ సాధన ద్వారా ప్రాణవాయువును నిలిపి, నిరాకారుడైన పరమాత్మను గొప్ప యోగి దర్శిస్తాడు. ఆ పరమాత్మకు ఎటువంటి రూపము లేదని, ఆయనే సత్యమని యోగి నిశ్చయముగా తెలుసుకుంటాడు.
