నోటిని ఎంత కడిగినా అందులో ఎంగిలి (ఉమ్మి) ఎప్పుడూ ఊరుతూనే ఉంటుంది. అలాగే, నోరు ఉన్నది కదా అని నిత్యం అబద్ధాలు ఆడేవాడి నోరు, అసలైన నోరు అనిపించుకోదు. అటువంటి అపవిత్రమైన మాటలు మాట్లాడే నోరు శరీరంలోని మలినాలను విసర్జించే 'క్రింది నోరు' (గుదము) తో సమానమని వేమన నిష్కర్షగా చెబుతున్నాడు.
