మానవ శరీరంలో కడుపు నిండా మలం, నోటి నిండా ఎంగిలి వంటి అశుద్ధాలు సహజంగానే ఉంటాయి. వీటిని కడిగి శుభ్రం చేయడం బ్రహ్మదేవుని కుమారుడికైనా సాధ్యం కాని పని. బాహ్య శుద్ధి అసాధ్యమైనప్పటికీ, మనిషిలో సత్యం ఉంటే ఈ లోకంలో గౌరవం మరియు సిద్ధి లభిస్తాయి. కాబట్టి బాహ్య ఆడంబరాల కంటే అంతఃశుద్ధి (సత్యం) గొప్పదని భావం.

The human body is inherently filled with physical impurities like filth in the stomach and saliva in the mouth, which no one, not even a god, can completely wash away.
