నాఁడుదానిమీఁది యాస గలదె
యన్నమదముచేత నన్ని మదంబులౌ
విశ్వదాభిరామ వినర వేమ!

A person struggling for food has no thoughts of lust or romance; survival is their only focus. It is only when the stomach is full (food intoxication) that other vices like lust and arrogance manifest. Thus, the pride of food is the root cause of all other prides.
