జారస్త్రీ తన మనసును ప్రియునిపై లగ్నం చేసి, లోకనిందకు భయపడి భర్తను పైకి సంతోషపెడుతుంది. అలాగే, యోగి తన మనసును ఎప్పుడూ పరమాత్మపైనే ఉంచుతాడు. అతను తన శరీరాన్ని పోషించేది దానిపై మమకారంతో కాదు, కేవలం మోక్ష సాధనకు అది ఒక సాధనమని మాత్రమే దానిని రక్షిస్తాడు.

Just as an unfaithful wife keeps her true heart focused on her lover while outwardly pleasing her husband to maintain appearances, a true Yogi keeps his inner focus entirely on the Supreme. He maintains his physical body not out of attachment to it, but purely as a necessary instrument to attain salvation.
