మనిషి తనను తాను (జీవాత్మను) తెలుసుకోనంత వరకు, దేవుడు ఎక్కడో ఉన్నాడని భ్రమలో బతుకుతాడు. కానీ ఎప్పుడైతే ఆ దేవుడు తనలోని జీవుడే అని తెలుసుకుంటాడో, అప్పుడు మోక్షం అనేది రహస్యం కాదు, అది అత్యంత స్పష్టమైన సత్యమని అర్థమవుతుంది. జీవాత్మ, పరమాత్మ ఒక్కటే అనే అద్వైత భావన ఇక్కడ చెప్పబడింది.
In English
As long as a person does not understand their own Self (Jiva), they remain trapped in the illusion of seeking God externally. However, once one realizes that the Divine is not different from the inner Self, liberation (Mukti) ceases to be a mystery and becomes a self-evident truth. Vemana emphasizes the Advaita philosophy that the individual soul and the universal spirit are one.
