పరమాత్మ ఒక్కటే అని తెలుసుకొని, ఆ పరమాత్మకు వేరుగా తాను లేనని గ్రహించాలి. తనను ఒక పరిమితమైన శరీరంగా కాకుండా, సర్వవ్యాపిగా దర్శించి, ఆ విశ్వచైతన్యంగా పరిణామం చెందిన మానవునికి ఈ లోకంలో జీవించి ఉండగానే మోక్షం (జీవన్ముక్తి) లభిస్తుంది.
