మానవులు కేవలం స్త్రీ పురుష సంయోగం వల్ల పుట్టి, తమకు జన్మనిచ్చిన వారే తల్లిదండ్రులని భ్రమపడుతుంటారు. కానీ తాత్వికంగా ఆలోచిస్తే, ఈ జీవరాశిని పోషించే విష్ణుమూర్తియే నిజమైన తల్లి, లయం చేసే పరమేశ్వరుడే (రుద్రుడు) నిజమైన తండ్రి అని వేమన బోధిస్తున్నాడు.
