పర్వతమున కేగు పామరుండు
ముక్తిఁగాన నగునె మూఢాత్ముఁడగుఁగాక
విశ్వదాభిరామ వినర వేమ!

భావం · Meaning
తన మెడలోనే ఇష్టలింగమును (దైవమును) ధరించి కూడా, ఆ సత్యాన్ని గ్రహించలేక దేవుని కోసం కొండలకు, పుణ్యక్షేత్రాలకు పరుగెత్తేవాడు అజ్ఞాని. అటువంటి వానికి మోక్షము లభించదు, వాడు కేవలము మూర్ఖుడిగా మిగిలిపోతాడు. దేవుడు తనలోనే ఉన్నాడని తెలుసుకోవడమే నిజమైన జ్ఞానము.
In English
The ignorant person wears the Linga (symbol of God) around his own neck but, failing to realize the Divine presence within, travels to distant mountains and pilgrimage sites seeking God. Such a person cannot attain salvation and remains merely a fool. True liberation comes from realizing that God resides within oneself, not in external places.
