పరమార్థం, సత్యం truth, essence of reality

తెలుసుకుంటే, గ్రహిస్తే if known, if understood

దైవసముఁడె

దేవునితో సమానుడే, భగవంతుడే equal to God indeed, god-like

యేమిలేనినరున కేగతిలేదురా

యేమిలేని

ఏమీ లేనివాడు, జ్ఞానము/భక్తి లేనివాడు one who has nothing, destitute (of merit/wealth)

నరున

మనిషికి, మానవునకు to the man, to the human

కేగతి

ఏ దారి, ఏ దిక్కు what path, what refuge

లేదురా

లేదు సుమా, ఉండదు is not there, does not exist
