కడుపు చల్లజేసి ఘనత విడుచు
నడుప నేర నేర నతడు నాలి ముచ్చేగదా

మనకు ఆశ్రయం కల్పించి, అన్నం పెట్టి ఆదుకున్న యజమాని లేదా దాత పట్ల కృతజ్ఞత కలిగి ఉండాలి. వారి మేలును స్మరిస్తూ వారి గొప్పతనాన్ని చాటాలి. అన్నం తిని విశ్వాసం చూపని వాడు, కృతజ్ఞతతో మెలగని వాడు నిజంగా దొంగతో సమానమైన నీచుడు.
