మనం ఎంతో కష్టపడి పోషించే ఈ శరీరం మనది కాదు, అది నశించిపోయేదే. మనం ఎంతో శ్రద్ధగా కాపాడుకునే ప్రాణం కూడా మన సొత్తు కాదు, అది ఎప్పుడైనా పోవచ్చు. సంపాదించిన ధనం కూడా మనతో రాదు. కేవలం మనం చేసిన ధర్మం (పుణ్యం) మాత్రమే మనకు నిజమైన ఆస్తిగా మిగిలి మనతో వస్తుంది.

The body we nourish so frequently does not truly belong to us, as it is perishable. The life force we cherish with devotion is not our property, for it will eventually leave. Wealth belongs to no one permanently; only the righteousness (Dharma) and good deeds we perform are our true, lasting assets.
