కేవలం గుండు చేయించుకోవడం, జడలు పెంచడం, బూడిద పూసుకోవడం, గొప్పగా మాట్లాడటం లేదా కాషాయ వేషాలు ధరించడం వల్ల ఎవరూ యోగులు కాలేరు. మనసులో కల్మషం లేకుండా, అంతరంగం పరిశుద్ధంగా ఉన్నవాడే నిజమైన యోగి అని భావం.
