సాక్షాత్తు సృష్టికర్త అయిన బ్రహ్మదేవుని తలను శివుడు నరికివేసినప్పుడు, అక్కడున్న దేవతలెవరూ అడ్డుపడలేకపోయారు. దైవానుగ్రహం (శివుని కరుణ) లేకపోతే ఎంతటివారికైనా కష్టాలు, నాశనం తప్పవని దీని భావం. దైవ నిర్ణయానికి ఎదురులేదని ఇది తెలియజేస్తుంది.
